We believe podcasting should be accessible for everyone. We’re always looking for ways to improve our facilities and make sure all guests feel welcome. Your feedback is incredibly valuable—let us know if you have suggestions for how we can do better.

Studio Layout & Assistance

First-Floor Studio: Access via a gentle, wide staircase with secure handrails.
Staff Support: Our team is on hand to greet you, carry equipment upstairs if needed, and guide you to your recording set.
Remote & Off-Site Services: If you or your guests cannot climb stairs, we can record remotely or travel to an alternative location. Just let us know what works best for you.

Animals Welcome

Any and All Animals: We’re an animal-friendly studio. Assistance animals, pets, or other animals are all welcome. If you’re bringing a furry friend, let us know in advance so we can help make your visit more comfortable.

Strobe Lighting & Special Effects

We do not use strobe lighting or other intense visual effects during recording sessions. If you have any lighting sensitivities, feel free to tell us so we can make further adjustments.

Medical & Personal Needs

You are welcome to bring any medical equipment or medication you need. If you’d like a private spot for injections, breaks, or to store items securely, please let us know in advance or on arrival.
We also have a cloakroom for storing coats and bags—just ask a team member for assistance.

Early Arrival & Comfort Breaks

Feel free to arrive early and settle in. We have a waiting area with tea, coffee, and refreshments, plus a makeup station to freshen up before your session.
Need extra breaks? Not a problem. Let us know and we’ll schedule pauses during longer recordings to ensure everyone’s comfort.
